I’m launching an online business that lets people in Rwanda book trusted electricians from their phone or laptop. The core service menu will cover:

• Home wiring and brand-new installations
• Electrical repairs and fault-finding

My main audiences are homeowners & renters who need quick fixes and construction companies or property owners looking for larger installation work.

What I need you to build is a responsive web platform—website or lightweight web app—where visitors can:

• Select the type of job, describe the issue, upload photos if helpful
• Enter location, preferred date and time, and contact details
• Receive an instant quote or booking confirmation
• Pay easily through local options such as Mobile Money, cards, or bank transfer
• Track the job status in a simple customer dashboard

On my side I want an admin panel to view all requests, assign or reassign technicians, update progress, and send automated email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications.

Deliverables
1. Complete front-end and back-end code (any modern stack you’re comfortable with—WordPress + plugins, Laravel, Django, or React/Node are all fine as long as the final product is secure and scalable).
2. Clean, mobile-first UI with basic branding elements (logo, colour palette, service icons).
3. Admin dashboard with role-based access (owner, dispatcher, electrician).
4. Payment gateway integration tested in Rwanda.
5. Short setup manual or screen-share walkthrough so I can manage the site myself.
