Extract Product Data from PDFs

I have a batch of product PDFs and I need every product’s name, code, and price captured accurately in a clean spreadsheet. All the source information sits in PDFs—no other formats—so careful reading and error-free transcription are essential.

You’ll work through each file, pull out only those three fields, and enter them row-by-row into Excel or Google Sheets (whichever you prefer, as long as it’s clearly structured). Accuracy matters more than speed; prices must maintain their original formatting and product codes have to remain exactly as shown.

Deliverable
• One spreadsheet with separate columns for Product Name, Product Code, and Price, containing every item found in the supplied PDFs.

Before we wrap up, I’ll spot-check random entries to confirm everything matches the source files. Once those checks pass, the job is complete.
