Responsibilities
• Create implementation plans and coordinate technical and financial resources to de-risk and accelerate development of the startups
• Design commercialization models based on technology features and market needs, including: productization; technology licensing, and joint ventures and strategic partnerships
• Expand and retain strategic relationships with industry experts, government departments, and industrial parks across multiple regions
• Build and maintain comprehensive databases of domain experts and technical advisors and commercial channels
• Assist IP management throughout the entire technology transfer lifecycle
• Support other technology transfer activities
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree or above in Sciences and Engineering, and a postgraduate degree is definitely advantageous
• Experience in commercial setting for 5 years. I&T startup experience is advantageous
• Proven experience in mentoring and stakeholder engagement with excellent communication skills
• A customer-service-oriented mindset with high attention to details and ability to multitasking for tech commercialisation
• Outcome-driven in fast-paced environment with strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Experience in intellectual property commercialization and/or venture capital is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Travelling and site visits may be occasionally required

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position at the rank of Assistant Manager

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
