Android Shopping App with Payments

I want to build a streamlined shopping/delivery Android app that lets users browse our catalog, add items to a cart, and complete a one-time payment right in the app with their preferred card or digital wallet (Google Pay, Apple Pay-on-Android, or similar). The core flow is simple: product discovery → checkout → order confirmation. No account-based saved cards or split-seller logic is required; a clean one-time payment gateway will do.

You’ll take the project from basic UX wireframes (already prepared) through to a signed APK ready for Play Store release. Code can be in Kotlin or Java, but it needs to follow modern Android best practices—MVVM architecture, Jetpack components, and material design guidelines—so future maintenance is straightforward.

Key deliverables
• Fully functional Android app with shopping & delivery flow
• Secure in-app card / digital wallet checkout (one-time payment)
• Admin-side configuration for products, pricing, and order status
• Clear, well-commented source code in Git

Acceptance criteria
• All purchases succeed through the integrated gateway without crashes or UI hangs
• Payments are confirmed on our backend via webhooks or REST endpoints you expose
• The APK passes Play Store review for target SDK 34 or higher
• I can compile the project in Android Studio and run it on a current Pixel emulator without extra setup
