I want to launch a simple, no-frills platform where anyone can post a ₹100 online task—think quick data entry, short-form writing, or bite-sized design work—and the first qualified worker who clicks “Accept” gets it automatically. The flow is deliberately lightweight: posters outline the task, set the flat ₹100 reward, specify any basic skill tags, and hit publish. Workers see a live feed, filtered by their skills, and can instantly lock in a task if they meet the criteria.

Core flow I need built
• Poster dashboard: create, edit, pause or close tasks; view task status and payment history.
• Worker dashboard: real-time task feed with skill filtering, one-click accept, submission upload, and completion tracker.
• Automatic assignment logic: the moment a matching worker accepts, the task moves to “In Progress,” preventing double booking.
• Wallet system: escrow the ₹100 on posting, release on poster approval, with a basic commission toggle I can adjust.
• Ratings & basic dispute module so both sides can leave feedback and request reviews.
• Responsive web interface first; clean API endpoints so a mobile app can plug in later.
• Admin panel for user management, dispute oversight, and manual payout overrides.

Acceptance criteria
1. A poster can sign up, top up a wallet balance, create a task, see it appear live, and track it through to payment release.
2. A worker with matching skills can accept a posted task, submit proof of work, and receive funds automatically once the poster clicks “Approve.”
3. Admin dashboard shows real-time metrics on tasks, users, and escrow balance, and allows manual resolution of disputes.

Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, Node, or Django on the back end and React, Vue, or plain HTML/CSS on the front—but keep the code modular and well-documented so I can extend it later. Payment integration can start with Razorpay or Stripe test keys; I’ll swap in production keys after hand-off.
