Two-Colour Jacquard Pixel design

I have several electronic-jacquard layouts already mapped out in full 16-million-colour bitmaps. Each file matches the exact pick-by-pick and reed-by-reed count my loom expects, so the geometry may not shift. What I now need is a clean, two-colour rendition of every design.

Here is the specific brief:

• Take the original pixel files I supply and convert every light-value pixel to one designated colour and every dark-value pixel to the other.
• Feel free to simplify areas if that improves legibility once woven, but keep the overall motif and proportions intact.
• Return a single pixel image file for each design—no extra machine format is required—at the identical resolution and dimensions I provided.

I will include a finished sample image so you can see the target look before you begin. Work can be done in ArahPaint, NedGraphics, Photoshop, or any tool you are comfortable with; the only requirement is that the final bitmap drops straight into my jacquard software without further editing.

Deliverables:
1. Two-colour pixel image file for each supplied design, exact size maintained.
2. Brief note on any areas you simplified for clarity, if changes were needed.

The sooner the first file can be turned around, the better, as more patterns will follow once this batch is approved.
