Free Fire Tournament App

I want a complete mobile app that lets the Garena Free Fire community jump straight into action. When a player opens the app the first screen should present live and upcoming tournaments, making it effortless to join or simply browse details. Account creation relies solely on phone numbers with an SMS verification code, so the flow must be quick and secure.

For organisers, once a match ends I never want to touch a spreadsheet again. The system needs to pick up results, calculate prizes automatically according to the predefined pool, update team and player rankings, and publish the standings instantly.

To make that possible I need an admin view where I can spin up a new tournament, enter a prize pool and basic rules, then trust the back-end to handle payouts and leaderboards after each round. A clear, responsive UI for both players and admins is important; the app should feel modern on Android and, if you can keep the same codebase, on iOS as well.
