Distribute Practice-Management Software to Auditors

I need a seasoned software distributor who already works closely with mid-sized regional audit firms and can turn those relationships into real sales. Your principal task is straightforward: sell licenses of our Notice, Reconciliation and Practice Management software to those firms. Will be paying 15% commission on sales (Annual pricing). Just sold out product to an auditing firm in India. Preferably in Tamil Nadu. Anywhere in India would work too.

Our platform streamlines engagement notices, automates reconciliation, and unifies day-to-day practice management in one cloud-based workspace. It’s designed specifically for audit teams, so when you present it to partners and managers you’ll be speaking to an immediate pain point—time lost to manual tracking and fragmented systems.

What I’m looking for
• A proven track record of closing B2B SaaS or desktop license deals inside the accounting or audit sector.
• The ability to manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and securing signed licence agreements.

Deliverables
1. A mutually agreed sales plan with realistic targets by region or firm size.
2. Monthly pipeline and conversion reports pulled from your CRM or our shared tracker.
3. Signed licence agreements—including user counts and term length—for each closed firm.

If you already consult for audit practices and carry complementary tools such as tax or compliance suites, this product folds in neatly and raises your average deal value. Let’s discuss how many seats you believe you can place in your territory and map out the commission structure.

We are looking for a long term collaboration.
