I need an automated Excel dashboard that gives me a clear, at-a-glance view of budget versus actual results. All the raw numbers already live in a single workbook where each sheet holds a new week of data. Your task is to pull those figures, reshape them, and feed a dynamic matrix plus charts that refresh the moment I paste the latest week into the file.

Power Query, pivot tables, slicers, or well-structured VBA are all fine as long as the update process stays a one-click routine that any colleague can follow. Formatting must stay clean enough for PDF exports that go straight into our management pack. Include brief, step-by-step instructions inside the file so the team can maintain it without extra help.
