Konica Readiness Checklist PDF

I need a clean, professionally-designed checklist—delivered as a printable PDF—that technicians can run through before any Konica bizhub C226, C368, C287, or C22 is signed off and handed to the user. The sheet must guide them through a full readiness routine: initial setup, firmware and admin settings, consumables verification, functional testing (print, copy, scan, fax/network where applicable), and final test prints with space for sign-off.

Design should fit on a single A4 page (front or front-and-back if truly necessary), with clear tick boxes, logical section headers, and a signature zone for both technician and customer. The wording needs to be concise and technician-friendly, while still covering every critical step so nothing is overlooked.

Deliverables:
• High-resolution, print-ready PDF checklist
• Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or Word—whatever you create it in) for future tweaks

I will supply logo and any branding colour codes once we get started; please leave room for them in the header. Let me know if you need specific service manual excerpts or additional model notes before drafting.
