Modern IC Semiconductor Logo Design

We're starting a company in the VLSI and semiconductor space, and we need a logo that feels right from the very first look. I'll explain the idea I have in mind.
Our company name is Inside Chip, and the short form is IC. In electronics, IC also means Integrated Circuit, the tiny chip behind almost every device we use. I love that the name carries both meanings, and I want the logo to show it.
Here's what I'm picturing: the letters "IC" sit in the center of a chip, with the chip shape as the background. Fine circuit lines run from the chip and around the letters, so it feels like a real piece of silicon. When someone sees it, I want their first thought to be "IC, integrated circuit." Then, when they read "Inside Chip" written underneath, they get the second meaning: that's the company name. Two ideas, one logo.
I want it to look clean, modern, and professional, not cluttered. It should still be readable when it's small, like a favicon or a social media profile picture. I'm open to color ideas, but I'm leaning toward blue, teal, or silver and black. It should work on both light and dark backgrounds
