Handle daily back-of-house operations, including food preparation & ingredient preparation; Cook various hot pot soups & side dishes in strict accordance with standard recipes & hygiene standards; Assist the front-line service team by preparing dishes promptly upon customer orders to ensure consistent quality & timely serving; Regularly check ingredient freshness & stock levels, 協助申領物料及清潔保養

No requirement on academic qualification; 1 year of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Able to read Chinese ; 具1年或以上中式廚房經驗,具火鍋或煲湯經驗優先;熟悉火鍋食材特性及刀工;遵守《食物安全條例》及食環署指引

$19,000 - $20,000 per month, with Meal provided and Good Attendance Bonus, 10:00AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 - 10 working hours per day, 1小時用膳/休息時間
