I run a busy boutique talent agency and need reliable support a few hours each weekday. Your main focus will be threefold: sourcing fresh faces for the roster, keeping our calendars and inboxes under control, and making sure every contract, release, and profile in the database is current.

On a typical day you might identify promising talent online, send personalised outreach messages, slot auditions into the shared Google Calendar, confirm bookings with clients, then log the signed deal in our Airtable archive. Attention to detail is crucial—names, dates, and rates must be entered exactly as given—and clear, friendly communication with both talent and producers is essential.

Deliverables I expect:
• A weekly report of new talent contacted, with links and status notes
• An up-to-date master schedule with no double-bookings
• All records, contracts, and paperwork filed accurately by close of business Friday
