**Job Title: Sales & Lead Generation Specialist – AI Receptionist Services (Remote, India Preferred)**

We are On Time Front Desk AI, a U.S.-based business offering AI receptionist, customer inquiry management, lead capture, and appointment request services.

We are seeking an experienced, English-speaking sales and business development specialist based in India to help us find paying customers in the United States.

**Responsibilities:**
- Identify small and medium-sized businesses that need AI receptionist services.
- Contact potential customers through professional calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Explain our services and arrange product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Help convert qualified prospects into paying customers.

**Requirements:**
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience selling services to U.S. businesses.
- Experience with B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.

**Compensation:**
Commission-based opportunity, with an initial proposed commission of $50 for each verified new paying customer on our Starter plan. Payment terms and any platform-required milestones will be agreed upon before work begins.

We are interested in developing a long-term working relationship with a successful representative who may eventually supervise additional sales agents.
