Warehouse Stock Report Specialist

I run a busy warehouse and need the stock movements translated into clear, accurate reports I can trust. The job is straightforward but requires sharp attention to detail: every stock-in and stock-out transaction must be logged in a single Excel or Google Sheet and rolled up into a periodic report that highlights current balances and any discrepancies you spot.

I will forward purchase receipts, sales dispatch notes, and any transfer slips daily; you enter them, reconcile the running totals, and deliver a concise report at the frequency we agree (weekly to start, with the option to move to daily once the routine is smooth). Formulas, pivot tables, or dashboard widgets are welcome if they make the data easier to read—I just need a file I can open anywhere and instantly see what is on hand.

Accuracy and consistency are the only non-negotiables. If you notice gaps, duplicates, or suspicious numbers, flag them in the comments so I can chase the physical paperwork. Experience with inventory accounting is a plus, but if you are simply an Excel whiz who enjoys neat ledgers, that works too.
