On-Site Odoo Accounting Coaching

Our Odoo installation is already running, but my accounting team still fumbles with day-to-day tasks. I need an experienced Odoo accountant-trainer to spend time on-site at our Srinakarin 45 office in Bangkok and walk the team through practical workflows that keep the books clean and up to date.

Core focus
• Daily bookkeeping, customer invoices, and payment recording – this is where we lose the most time.
• Streamlined techniques that suit users who already know their way around Odoo Accounting but want smoother daily workflows.

Mandatory hands-on coverage
1. Handling credit notes, refunds, and payment follow-ups directly in Odoo.

Session style & duration
Small-group, face-to-face coaching with our live company database so staff can practice on real data. Expect one or two half-day sessions, though I’m flexible if more time is needed once you see our current process.

Acceptance criteria
• Each participant can create an invoice, register payment, issue a credit note, and follow up on an overdue payment without supervision.
• All steps documented in a short cheat-sheet (PDF or shared Google Doc) reflecting our chart of accounts and Thai localisation settings.
