One-Time SEO Audit and Website Optimization Recommendations

Project Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to conduct a comprehensive SEO audit of our website and provide actionable recommendations to improve our search engine visibility, website structure, and organic traffic performance.

This is a one-time project. We need a professional report that identifies the most important SEO issues and provides practical solutions that our team can implement.

Scope of Work

The freelancer will be responsible for the following:

Technical SEO Audit
Check website indexing, crawlability, XML sitemap, and robots.txt.
Identify broken links, redirect issues, and other technical SEO problems.
Review canonical tags and basic website structure.
On-Page SEO Analysis
Review title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, and URL structure.
Identify pages with missing or duplicated metadata.

Recommend improvements for up to 15 important website pages.

Keyword and Competitor Analysis

Identify relevant keywords for our products and services.
Analyze up to three competitors.
Provide keyword opportunities and recommendations for improving existing pages.

SEO Performance Review

Review available Google Search Console data, if access is provided.
Identify potential opportunities to improve organic search performance.
Highlight priority issues affecting visibility.

Final Deliverables

A detailed SEO audit report in PDF or Google Docs format.
An Excel or Google Sheets file listing identified issues and recommended fixes.
A prioritized action plan categorized as high, medium, and low priority.
A brief online meeting or written walkthrough of the findings, if required.

Deadline

All deliverables must be submitted within 24 hours of project commencement, provided the necessary website information and access are available.

Required Experience

Proven experience in technical and on-page SEO.
Familiarity with Google Search Console and SEO auditing tools.
Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Previous examples of SEO audit reports are preferred.

Acceptance Criteria

The project will be considered complete once all agreed deliverables have been submitted and reviewed against the scope of work.
