Plan, execute, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day engineering operations; on-site supervision, prepare drawings, develop methods and technical plans to ensure that design, materials, construction, and maintenance meet client, legal, and safety requirements; manage project schedules and personnel allocation, conduct quality inspections and submit regular reports; liaise with clients, rel parties and gov dept
