Responsibilities
負責一般地盤主管工作; 監督施工質量和進度，負責與大判協調及處理突發情況; 協助及執行安全及環保守則; 與總承判商協調以進行施工，匯報施工紀錄給同事，向公司寫字樓同事訂物料等; 向上司報告工作進度，按上司指示工作，需獨立管理地盤
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; Certificate for Safety Supervisors; 具3年相關工作經驗; 持有適任技術人員T1證書; 持有私家車/輕型貨車駕駛執照優先
Employment Terms
$30,000 - $35,000 per month, with Annual Leave 10 days and Year-end Bonus, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 10 working hours per day
