Responsibilities
監督施工質量與進度，負責與總承判商協調及處理突發情況；負責項目管理，全面監管地盤運作及分析工程進度；協助及執行安全與環保守則；協調總承判商以進行施工，匯報施工紀錄，向寫字樓申購物料；向上司報告工作進度，聽從工作指示；獨立管理地盤
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; Certificate for Safety Supervisors; 持有1, 2號駕駛執照優先
Employment Terms
$40,000 - $60,000 per month(depends on experience), with Annual Leave 12 days and Year-end Bonus, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 10 working hours per day
