Responsibilities
負責評估、策劃、監察、協調院舍的護理服務，因應社會環境及相關法例作出檢討及修訂；督導保健員及護理員日常護理工作；管理院舍日常運作、編製員工當值時間表、推行護理及健康教育培訓
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Certificate of Registration and Practising Certificate of Registered Nurse
Employment Terms
$35,780 - $57,580 per month(depends on experience), with Good Attendance Bonus, Annual Leave 16 days, Bank Holiday, Medical Benefits $2000 per year and Study Allowance $1200 per year, 8:00AM-8:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day, 無需值夜 (有超時工作補假)
