Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for the dining service (Chinese cuisine, elderly meals, pureed diet) for the residents, staff of the centre; Responsible for ordering ingredients, weighing, receiving goods; Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage room
Requirements
Primary 2; 1 year of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; With work experience as a chef preferred
Employment Terms
$19,500 - $25,000 per month, with Incentive Bonus and Annual Leave 15 days, 6:30AM-2:30PM, 8:00AM-4:00PM or 11:30AM-7:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday
