Responsibilities
負責監管護理質素；培訓保健員、護理員；負責特別護理房的監管及管理；制訂護理計劃；負責交班會議及作文件紀錄，督導員工做好交班工作；負責與各醫院、診所的聯絡及溝通工作，配合外展醫生、社康護士完成院友診症、護理任務
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; First Aid Certificate; Certificate of Enrolment and Practising Certificate of Enrolled Nurse; 對工作有熱誠優先
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $28,000 per month, with On-the-job Training, Meal provided, Public Holiday, 生日利是 and 惡劣天氣工作津貼, Mon to Sat: 7:00AM-8:00PM, 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, 有需要時需在星期日及公眾假期工作，於平日補假
