Responsibilities
Provide maintenance & support services for networking & security solutions; Work closely with vendors in different stages of the project including implementation; Troubleshoot and provide support; Communicate with clients and provide possible solutions (Cisco, Huawei, H3C)
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $25,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, (Assigned to work in customer site)
