Responsibilities
負責在香港機場工作，操作5G網絡，在電信控制中心提供一線支援，監控並維持系統性能良好，協助故障排除並處理服務投訴，監控來自各種來源的安全事件，包括電子郵件通知、網絡監控、SIEM及其他監控工具，定期對每個監控系統進行健康檢查，根據既定的升級程序在需要時升級安全事件
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With High Diploma or above in Telecom or IT area
Employment Terms
$16,000 - $20,000 per month(Please quote the job Code including salary expectation in the application), 8:00AM-5:00PM/2:00PM-11:00PM/11:00PM-8:00AM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
