Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform computer operation related to health checking, system performance and batch job monitoring. Responsible for system backup operation. Provide helpdesk support to end users. Perform first-line problem detection and escalation and perform day-to-day support related duties of the system
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $20,000 per month, 24-hour on-shift, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
