Responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen; Overseeing the daily functioning of the kitchen; Handling and producing food; Maintaining product quality; Checking the hygiene status of all items and food in the kitchen; Ensuring that all food produced is clean and hygienic

No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; With 3 years or above kitchen management exp. is pref.; Possess leadership skills, Able to work independently; 具餐廳/連鎖餐廳管理經驗優先

$19,000 - $24,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave , 親聚假, 安全鞋資助, Promotion Opportunity and Good Attendance Bonus, 7:00AM-10:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
