Event Videography & Photography Package

I’m hosting a two-hour business networking evening in Singapore that features three speaker segments, a moderated panel, and a cocktail-style mingle. I need one crew that can handle both video and photography from start to finish.

Scope of capture
• Video ­– A continuous, multi-angle recording of roughly 60 minutes covering the three talks and panel, cleanly synced to the presenters’ microphones; a 2-3-minute highlight reel cut in a professional and polished style; and 5-10 vertical, caption-ready clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
• Stills ­– High-resolution candid photos of each speaker on stage plus natural shots of guests networking during the cocktail portion.

What I’d like from you
1. A clear outline of what your package includes (crew size, number of cameras, lighting, delivery formats).
2. Your plan for capturing crisp audio from the stage ­– whether you tap the in-house system, bring lapel mics, or a mix.
3. Post-production timeline: when we’ll receive the full-length video, the highlight edit, vertical clips, and the photo set.
4. Confirmation that you can cover both video and stills in-house; if not, let me know if I should book a separate photographer.
5. A simple cost breakdown showing shoots, edits, revisions, and any add-ons (graphics, subtitles, rush delivery).

Logistics
The venue, run sheet, and tech specs will be provided once we’ve agreed on terms. Power, staging, and a feed from the house desk can be arranged in advance if that helps your audio workflow.

Deliverables are approved when:
• All talks and the complete panel appear in the long-form cut with balanced audio.
• The highlight video feels sleek and business-ready, clocking in around 2-3 minutes.
• Vertical clips are optimised for 9:16, under 60 seconds each, with safe-zone text placement.
• Photos are colour-corrected, web-ready, and supplied in high-res JPEG.
