Prepare and handle daily ingredients (mise en place) efficiently; Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, texture, presentation; Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness at all times; Ensure all dishes are prepared in a professional manner and meet company standards; Perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Secondary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 2 years or above culinary work exp. in hotels or luxury Western restaurants; Solid knowledge of various cooking methods, 熟悉食材處理及廚房設備操作

$21,630 per month, with Meal Allowance, Medical Benefits, Dental Scheme, Promotion Opportunity and Discretionary Bonus, 12:00PM-10:00PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
