製作各類傳統及創新點心（如蝦餃、燒賣、腸粉、包點等）、準備餡料及麵糰，控制食品品質與成本，並確保廚房衞生符合食物環境衞生署的安全標準
Requirements
Primary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $24,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance or Overtime Time-off in lieu and Good Attendance Bonus, 7:00AM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 - 10 working hours per day
