Intellectual Property Executive (EA)

Conduct FTO searches and prior art searches using commercial patent analytic database; Provide workaround strategy to mitigate infringement risks; Perform patent-ability analyses; Review and revise invention disclosures from inventors

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; MS Word; MS Outlook; MS Excel; English Typing; Chinese Typing; (Coordinate with external patent attorneys for patent drafting, filing and prosecution)

$33,000 - $36,000 per month, with Double Pay, Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday, Bonus, Medical Benefits and Promotion Opportunity, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week (Degree in Science, Engineering or Law-related disciplines pref.)
