Stop-Motion Animator for Christmas Fantasy

Christmas After Midnight is a 30-minute stop-motion Christmas fantasy centred on Rowan Vale, an apprentice After keeper who realises that the holiday doesn’t end when the clock strikes twelve. The heart of the film is a magical adventure to save Christmas, and the script, character designs, and set concepts are already in place—I now need the full animation brought to life.

Your task covers everything from staging and lighting miniature sets to shooting and compiling the raw frames into clean, ready-for-edit footage. All puppets, props, and environment blueprints are available, so you can dive straight into animating rather than starting from scratch.

Deliverables
• Frame-perfect stop-motion footage totalling 30 minutes, supplied as 24 fps image sequences (TIFF or PNG) and a low-res reference video
• Basic compositing of replacement faces or rig removals where required
• A short production log after each major sequence to track progress and highlight any re-shoot needs

I’d like to see detailed project proposals outlining your workflow, camera and lighting setup, estimated shoot schedule, and any team members you plan to involve.
