Shopify Electrical Trade Store

I run an established electrical distribution company that currently sells through eBay and Amazon. It is time to bring everything under our own roof, so I need a polished, professional Shopify site where trade customers can browse our catalogue and place orders directly.

Here is what I’m after:

• A clean, industry-appropriate theme customised to match our branding and convey trust and technical expertise.
• Smooth navigation that lets electricians, contractors and facilities teams find items fast by brand, part number or spec.
• Account creation on checkout is fine, but the key requirement is that customers can see products, add them to cart and buy without friction.
• I will provide a curated list of SKUs; these need to be added manually with accurate titles, specs, pricing tiers and high-resolution images.
• Migration of customer data is not required, but please configure basic tax and shipping rules for UK orders.
• Once live, show me how to keep the catalogue updated and process orders inside Shopify.

Delivery is the fully functional storefront, product data entered and tested, plus a short hand-over session (video or written guide). If you have built trade-focused Shopify sites before, especially in electrical or industrial sectors, I’d love to see them.
