Addressable Fire Alarm Commissioning

I have an addressable fire alarm system already installed on site, and now I need it fully tested, commissioned, and signed off. Your task covers every element of the system: the control panel, detectors, call points, sounders, all interface modules, and any linked emergency controls such as fire doors, lifts, and HVAC shutdowns.

You will carry out functional tests, programme verification, cause-and-effect confirmation, and final certification so the system is ready for hand-over to the local authority and insurer. Please bring your own test equipment (loop tester, sound level meter, decibel meter, smoke & heat test kits) and be familiar with the relevant standards for addressable fire alarm systems in commercial buildings.

Deliverables:
• Complete test report with individual device results
• Updated panel configuration file and backup
• Signed commissioning certificate acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction

The system is powered up and wired; access is arranged, and drawings will be provided in PDF and DWG formats. Let me know your availability and expected timeframe to complete the commissioning so we can schedule site access.
