I want to kick off a series of developments by first building an efficient tool that streamlines project management. The core idea is to let team members create tasks, set deadlines, assign owners, and track progress in a single place, all enhanced by AI. I’m open to a web-based or lightweight app approach as long as it is fast, intuitive, and secure.

Key objectives
• Leverage Claude Opus or Fable (your choice, or a mix) to generate smart task recommendations, automatic status summaries, and quick-reply suggestions for team chats.
• Provide a clean dashboard that shows milestones, blockers, and workload at a glance.
• Offer simple import/export options (CSV, XLSX, or API) so existing data can flow in and out without friction.
• Keep the codebase modular; I expect more features later, so well-structured classes, clear comments, and a straightforward build pipeline are essential.

Deliverables
1. A functional MVP running on my test server (source + brief deployment notes).
2. Short user guide that highlights AI-assisted actions.
3. List of next-step recommendations for future iterations.
