Functional Testing for E-Commerce Website

We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Tester to conduct thorough end-to-end testing of our e-commerce website. The goal is to identify functional defects, UI/UX issues, and ensure a seamless, bug-free shopping and checkout experience before the official launch.

Key Responsibilities & Scope:

Functional Testing: Verify user registration/login, product browsing, search & filters, product detail pages, cart operations, coupons/discounts, and complete checkout flow.

Payment & Order Management: Test payment gateway integration (sandbox/live test cards), order placement, invoice generation, and automated confirmation emails.

Responsive & Cross-Browser Testing: Ensure consistent layout and functionality across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and devices (desktop, and Android mobile).

UI/UX & Performance Checks: Spot alignment flaws, broken links, typography inconsistencies, and slow-loading assets.

Comprehensive Bug Reporting: Log issues with clear steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, severity levels(via Google Sheets, Excel, or Trello/Jira).
