E-commerce Marketplace Manager Needed

I am looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage the online operations and growth of my brand, Drop Theory.

Responsibilities:
- Product research to identify profitable, high-demand products with manageable competition and low return risk.
- Supplier and manufacturer research, including pricing, MOQ and profit margin analysis.
- Product listing creation, SEO, keyword research, catalogue management and product image optimisation.
- Daily Meesho seller account management, including pricing, catalogue updates, returns, cancellations and account health.
- Amazon and Flipkart account management, listing optimisation and sales growth.
- Competitor analysis, sales performance tracking and data-driven growth strategies.
- Weekly reports covering work completed, product research findings, sales performance and next steps.

I will manage physical inventory, packing and dispatching orders. You will be responsible for the online side of the business.

Work arrangement:
Remote, part-time
1–2 hours daily, with an ongoing monthly commitment.

Budget: ₹5,000 per month fixed, plus performance-based incentives for agreed results.

Requirements: Hands-on experience managing live Meesho seller accounts. Experience with Amazon and Flipkart is preferred. Strong product research, profit calculation and marketplace growth skills are essential.
