Boarding School Outreach Specialist

**India-Based School Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist | US$3–5/hour + Bonus for lead generation and very high commission for confirmed Subscription**

We are an Australian software company seeking an India-based freelancer to help introduce our Boarding School Software to boarding schools across India.

We already have a curated list of schools. Your job is to identify and verify the people actually responsible for boarding houses and hostels, then establish genuine conversations through professional telephone calls and personalised emails.

**Telephone outreach is essential**, including speaking directly with boarding managers, introducing our software, answering basic questions and arranging follow-up discussions.

Fluent Hindi and strong spoken/written English are required. Regional languages are an advantage. RocketReach and Hunter access is available.

**Quality over quantity. No bulk marketing, mass emailing, purchased lists or unsolicited WhatsApp campaigns.** Every email must be individually researched, approved under our procedures and BCC'd to the company owner.

We offer US$3–5/hour plus bonuses for genuinely qualified sales conversations, not simply email replies. A small paid trial will assess your research and communication skills.
