Affordable Single Room Hunt Germany

# Affordable Room Rental Assistance in Berlin and Other German Cities

I am looking for someone who can help me find affordable, genuine accommodation in Germany for a 6-month stay, starting around January 2027.

My first preference is Berlin, but I am open to other affordable cities such as Leipzig, Halle, Magdeburg, or any city with reasonable rent and good public transport.

**Requirements:**
- Find furnished private rooms in shared apartments (WG) or budget-friendly studios.
- Target affordable monthly rent, preferably €300–€450 including utilities.
- Find accommodation available for a 6-month rental period.
- Confirm whether Anmeldung (address registration) is permitted.
- Provide genuine listings with direct links, monthly rent, deposit, location, availability, and rental terms.
- Check for suspicious listings and potential rental scams.
- Help contact landlords and communicate in English or German if needed.

I need a shortlist of verified, realistic options from reliable rental platforms. Please do not provide fake, outdated, or unverified listings.

**When applying, please mention your experience finding accommodation in Germany and how you will deliver the shortlist.**
