## About the Role

I'm looking for an experienced **Sales Closer who can convert warm inbound leads into paying customers** for Authorly, our ghostwriting and book publishing brand.

We help aspiring authors turn their ideas into professionally written books and get them published on Amazon KDP.

We're already running Meta Ads and generating leads. Now, we need someone who knows how to turn those enquiries into actual sales.

**We handle lead generation. You handle closing.**

This is not an entry-level calling job or a digital marketing position. I'm looking for someone with real sales experience who understands follow-ups, objection handling, and conversion.

## Our Product

Our primary service package costs ₹2,499 and includes:

- Ghostwriting of up to 30,000 words
- Professional book cover design
- Kindle formatting
- Amazon KDP publishing
- Two revisions
- Standard delivery within 7 days
- Optional express delivery upgrade

Our target customers are aspiring authors, professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals who want to turn their ideas, knowledge, or stories into a book without having to manage the entire writing and publishing process themselves.

We're now looking to strengthen our sales process and scale conversions.

## Your Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming leads through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or other agreed channels.
- Understand prospects' book ideas, writing requirements, and publishing goals.
- Explain our ghostwriting services and packages clearly.
- Handle objections around pricing, trust, quality, and delivery.
- Follow up with interested prospects and recover leads that haven't converted.
- Close sales and ensure payment is received.
- Maintain a simple lead tracker and report conversion performance.

## Compensation

We offer a **fixed payment + sales commission + performance bonuses** structure.

- Fixed compensation based on experience and agreed availability.

- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with WhatsApp sales, Instagram DMs, or phone-based closing.
- The discipline to follow up consistently and manage multiple prospects.
- A results-oriented mindset.
