Recruiter for Sales & Marketing Talent

I’m looking for an experienced recruiter who can independently source and onboard entry-level Marketing Coordinators and Sales Representatives. You will need to rely on your own subscriptions, databases, and networking tools—nothing is provided on my side—so please be comfortable working with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed CV, or any other resources you trust.

The assignment runs from first outreach through signed offer and day-one onboarding. That includes drafting attention-grabbing job ads, proactive searching, initial screening calls, scheduling interviews with me, reference checks, offer negotiation, and guiding each hire through paperwork and start-date preparation.

Deliverables I expect:
• A short sourcing plan outlining channels and timelines before kick-off
• A steady pipeline of qualified entry-level candidates until both roles are filled
• Weekly progress updates (number contacted, interviews scheduled, issues encountered)
• Complete candidate files in a shareable format (CV, notes, references, interview feedback)

Once the Marketing Coordinator and Sales Representative positions are successfully filled and onboarded, the project is complete. If everything goes smoothly there is potential for ongoing collaboration on future sales-and-marketing openings.
