Residential Drafting: Complete Plan Set

I’m launching a brand-new residential build and need a full drafting package created entirely from scratch. The scope covers three core drawings—floor plans, elevations, and a site plan—developed to local code so the builder and permitting office have everything they need.

You’ll start with the basic brief I give you (site dimensions, room requirements, style inspiration) and turn it into clear, accurate construction documents. I expect work in a CAD environment such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar, with tidy layer management and metric dimensions.

Deliverables
• PDF sheets ready for submission
• Editable CAD files (DWG or RVT)
• A brief revision round to fine-tune layout and heights
