Responsibilities
繪製室內設計相關的平面圖、立面圖、天花圖及節點大樣圖（使用 AutoCAD 等繪圖軟體）。協助將設計概念整理成精美的中英文專案簡報（Pitching Deck），向香港及內地客戶進行方案彙報。利用 AI 約束工具，根據現有的戶型平面圖（Floor Plan）進行智能風格填充。
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 熟練掌握 AutoCAD、SketchUp 等基本設計及建模軟件。
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $20,000 per month, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, Employment period: 18 months
