Responsibilities

負責商廈之日常保養及維修工作, 包括油漆、泥水、水電、冷氣及木工等; 需跟進工作地點內有關保養及維修工作的進度

Requirements

No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; 持有機電工程署發出之電工A牌/ 電工R牌, 具水喉、泥水或木工維修經驗優先

Employment Terms

$22,000 - $24,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Birthday Leave and Medical Insurance, 7:00AM-3:30PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM or 3:00PM-11:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8.5 - 9 working hours per day
