Business Development Manager/Manageress

Acquire local and overseas clients; understand HR service industry operations. Maintain client relationships, respond promptly, and ensure high satisfaction and retention. Attend industry events to promote services, build networks, and stay updated on trends. Propose solutions based on market insights and client needs to drive service upgrade and business growth.

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, keen marketing sense, pioneering spirit, and strong interest in HR services.

$18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 10 days, Bank Holiday, Commission, Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave 5 days and Performance Award, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week (Young people holding bachelor’s degrees or above are welcome to apply), Employment period: 18 months
