Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day property operations; Supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to residents / owners; Build up and maintain good relationship with clients

Requirements

Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English

Employment Terms

$18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Bank Holiday, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
