Part-Time Teacher Onboarding Support

I’m putting together a small, part-time role for someone who can smooth the onboarding journey for newly hired teachers. We rely on several different online tools—think learning platforms, scheduling apps, and a document-management portal—so the work involves jumping between systems and keeping everything organised.

You’ll log in a few hours each weekday to make sure every new teacher can access the right tools, submit the required paperwork, and feel confident about their first day in class. Typical touchpoints could include guiding them through account setup, double-checking uploaded credentials, answering quick “how do I…?” questions, and following up when something is missing. I keep a central tracker that shows each teacher’s status; you’ll keep that up to date and send polite reminders where needed.

Success for me looks like this:
• All new teachers have active accounts across our tools before their start date
• Submitted documents are complete and correctly filed
• Questions are answered within one business day, with anything complex escalated to me
• The onboarding tracker is always current and accurate
