PDF Date Entry to Excel

I need numerous dates that currently live inside PDFs, scanned images, and similar files transcribed with 100 % accuracy into an Excel spreadsheet. All source files will be supplied as clear scans; your job is to read each date, key it into the correct column and row, and double-check for typing or formatting errors before sending the finished .xlsx back to me.

Strict attention to day-month-year order is essential, and I will spot-check the file against the originals, so please only bid if you are comfortable working carefully and methodically. Familiarity with Excel data validation or simple formulas (for example, to flag impossible dates) would be a plus but is not mandatory—accuracy and speed matter most.
