Freelancer Platform Project Manager

I run a China-based studio that produces AI-generated short videos, web drama series, feature films, adverts and corporate promos. My show-reel is strong, yet my English is limited and I am new to Freelancer. I need someone to act as my front-line project manager so we can win work and keep every client satisfied.

What I need you to do
• Refine or build my Freelancer profile to showcase our AI video strengths.
• Search the marketplace for relevant video and advertising jobs and craft winning bids.
• Handle every client message—answer questions, negotiate scope, and keep me updated in Chinese.
• Before production starts, lock down each project’s video style, length and main message.
• Gather assets, monitor timelines, relay progress posts, arrange delivery and collect feedback.
• Track revenue and receive a 20 % commission once I have been paid.

What you should bring
• Demonstrable experience managing projects on Freelancer (or similar platforms).
• Fluent English for client communication and solid Chinese for internal updates.
• Basic knowledge of AI video production workflows so you can speak credibly about our services.
• Availability to respond quickly across differing time zones.
• Preferably located in China or familiar with Chinese business culture.
