Bilingual Real Estate Listing Platform

I’m building a full-scale real-estate portal that works seamlessly in both Arabic and English and initially showcases homes for sale. The solution must include a responsive website plus companion iOS and Android apps, all powered by a single scalable backend.

Core features I need engineered:
• Dual-language interface with RTL support for Arabic, including a simple toggle.
• High-performance video streaming able to host thousands of property clips without lag—CDN integration or an equivalent strategy is essential.
• Immersive 360° and VR tour capability (web and mobile) with smooth navigation and headset support.
• Advanced search and map-based filtering, saved searches, push/email alerts, and user dashboards for agents and buyers.
• Admin panel to approve listings, manage media, handle analytics, and push notifications.
• Secure user auth, GDPR & local data-privacy adherence, plus room for future monetisation modules (featured listings, ads, etc.).

Because I need the project delivered ASAP, please send a detailed proposal outlining:
– Recommended tech stack and architecture (e.g., React/[login to view URL] or Angular for web, React Native or Flutter for mobile, Node.js/Laravel/Django for the API, AWS/GCP/Azure for hosting, and your preferred video/VR libraries).
– Milestones with realistic timelines.
– Approach to performance, localisation, and quality assurance across devices.
– Previous projects (if any) that prove you can handle heavy media, multilingual sites, or VR integrations.

The right fit will quickly demonstrate how the platform can launch with homes-for-sale listings yet remain flexible enough to add rentals or commercial properties later. Looking forward to reviewing clear, actionable proposals so we can move straight into build.
